Tom Brady Injury. Tom Brady escapes serious injury to his knee.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady left the practice field after suffering a left leg injury.
Brady remained down following a sideline pass to Aaron Dobson that was incomplete.
Video from a fan shows Brady dropping back to pass, and a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive lineman Adrian Clayborn pushing Patriots offensive tackle Nate Solder into the side of Brady.
ESPN.com's Mike Reiss reported Brady walked off the field under his own power with a slight limp, missed one play, then returned to practice.

Brady participated in a few more plays, before chatting with the head athletic trainer, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.

He was taken into the Patriots indoor practice facility and did not appear out in public for the remainder of practice.

A person with knowledge of the injury said an MRI was negative and Brady was day-to-day with a left knee sprain. Asked if Brady might play Friday night in an exhibition game against the Buccaneers, the person said he didn't know.

Patriots president Jonathan Kraft, speaking with a Boston radio station, said about Brady's injury, "I don't believe it's serious, but I don't know."

"You always have to stay away from the quarterback, but when you have a guy on his heels, my instinct is to keep going," Clayborn said.
